To book our studio, simply fill out the studio hire request form below and then go to to pay the non refundable $50 deposit and secure your booking time. Overall, the InSpirit space makes for a sublime and effortless mini-retreat experience for both teacher and participant. Please make sure that all students bring their own mat for hygiene reasons. The studio also supplies you with bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and mats (to place your own mat on top of). An urn and heat proof glasses are always available for your use, if you choose to supply herbal tea for your students. ![]() Studio hire includes use of a fully enclosed, heated, indoor/outdoor area with a large communal table, as well as a lounge area to relax, unwind and enjoy your delicious vegetarian feast or cup of tea with your students. The capacity for a yoga class is 10 people, however the limit for meditation, kirtan, sound healing or another kind of wellness workshop is 25 people. InSpirit Urban Retreat is a beautiful, light-filled and quiet space - perfect for your weekly yoga classes or wellness workshops and courses. ![]()
